Who is Eligible?
Any person who has an unmet need for skilled nursing, occupational
therapy, physical therapy, and/or health aide services, as determined by
a registered nurse or therapist.
Any person who has approval of a physician for treatment.
Any person who is homebound.
Our patients get the health care they need, where they need it most–at
home.
Our visiting Nurses has the skills to educate patients how to manage
their heart disease at home.

Each year our Certified Nurses & Assistants CNA/RN/LVN provide thousands
of hours of quality health care services including:
+ Assistance with mobility and toileting
+ Assisting with personal hygiene (mouth care, hair and scalp grooming,
fingernails and bathing)
+ Providing basic first aid
+ Assistance with applying ace bandages, TED's, and binders
+ Assisting clients with dressing
+ Assisting feeding clients with special conditions
+ Assistance with physical activity and/or prescribed activity
+ Making beds (while occupied or unoccupied)
+ Assistance with range of motion exercises
+ Applying and removing prosthetic devices for stable client
+ Bowel and bladder retraining
+ Oxygen
Quality of Service is our number one goal. To that end, each of our
Certified Nurses Assistants (CNA) is screened to ensure only the best
